Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
Transacty, operated by N23 Digital Technologies LLC, provides a technology platform for payment collection, settlement, payouts, and related treasury tooling. Banking, payment, e-money, and digital-asset services are provided by licensed partner institutions in each jurisdiction, subject to their terms and regulatory requirements.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
The service is available to businesses only, after completion of KYB/KYC verification. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may decline or discontinue service where required by law, partner requirements, or our risk policies.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for activity that is illegal in any relevant jurisdiction, for sanctioned parties or regions, or for categories we designate as prohibited or restricted. We monitor transactions for compliance and may suspend flows pending review.
4. Funds, settlement, and FX
Funds are held by licensed partners, not by Transacty. Settlement times are estimates and depend on the rails involved. FX rates are shown before you commit a transaction; the rate shown is the rate applied.
5. Stablecoins and digital assets
Stablecoin services are provided by licensed partner institutions and are limited to payment facilitation and conversion (on/off-ramp). Transacty does not provide financial, investment, or advisory services related to stablecoins or other digital assets. Digital-asset values may fluctuate and holding them carries risk.
6. Fees
Fees are set out in your commercial agreement or order form. We do not charge setup fees or minimums unless expressly agreed.
7. Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, unless your commercial agreement states otherwise.
